Glass and Textiles exhibition – CAA celebrates 75 years – June 2023

Contemporary glass and textiles in Marylebone

I’m delighted to be showing my 'Plan' series of hand-printed abstract artworks, and two new large limited edition prints in the Glass and Textiles exhibition at Contemporary Applied Arts, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.

New large abstract prints

I have been a long standing member and exhibitor at CAA, a gallery that champions and promotes the very best of British craft and applied arts, and has more than two hundred leading British-based craft-maker artists.

Selected maker members are craft professionals and are rigorously chosen by a panel of their peers. Belonging to CAA is seen as a kite mark of excellence.

Colourful collection of artworks

The two new giclée prints were created to work together as a pair, and also with the Plan series of hand-printed artworks.

Each limited edition print is an edition of ten, and printed with pigment inks on to Hahnemühle German Etching paper. The archival quality paper and pigment inks give a superior quality and permanence to the artwork and vibrant colour. Prints can last typically 100 plus years stored correctly.

The gallery is situated just off Marylebone High St and is open Tues – Fri: 11:00 – 17:00, and Sat: 11:00 – 16:00. You will be able to meet me and other makers in the exhibition, at a special Meet the Maker event on Saturday 24th 12.00 – 4.00. I hope to see you there.

Location: 6 Paddington St, London, W1U 5QG. Nearest stations – Baker St, Regents Park and Bond St.
